Charles is the Executive Chef of Sand Hills Golf Club located in Nebraska. He is in Nebraska from May to mid October working as their chef and sculpting ice for the club. He recently worked in Phoenix, Arizona during the winter months where he did sculptures for clubs and resorts in the surrounding area. Charles is now located in Portland, Oregon for the winter months.
